Hahaha... Eric! You remained pretty skinny after all those years. Being the more blessed gender in terms of weight control and gaining muscle, allz you have to do is do some cardio and ab exercises... possibly with weights..and just eat a ton of protein...and you'll start seeing results like within a week...fucking men. Yeah, I have pretty good genetics too! Most of my family is on the thinner side. Anyways, I've been planking and lifting 30 pound weights and it seems to be helping. Only 5 days so far, but since I'm a man the results are only a few weeks away! :) I need more cardio though. In order to see my nicely sculpted muscles, i gotta burn some of this belly fat. I hate running, but it seems like the quickest way to burn some fat. If you want to go running let me know. I find running with a partner to be much more enjoyable than running solo. It also motivates me to actually get out and run. I'm serious, message me and we'll go running and get some lunch. Mt.Vernon hwy seems to be a good spot.
